We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Asset Manager who thrives on connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and taking ownership of results. This is not a desk-bound role. While the base pay provides stability, the real potential here comes from unlimited commission opportunities and the ability to grow your real estate income alongside property management responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Client and Relationship Growth
- Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of property owners.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with both owners and residents to create transactional opportunities.
- Share RGroup Realty's value proposition with prospective clients to grow your portfolio.
- Strategically guide clients on maximizing property value, rental income, and tenant retention.
Opportunity Creation and Market Insights
- Identify and act on new leasing and sales opportunities through conversations, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research on rental rates, property values, and investment trends to inform client strategy.
- Help owners evaluate investment decisions with cost and return analysis and market demand data.
Property Management Excellence
- Oversee inspections, leasing timelines, and property readiness from move-in to move-out.
- Advise owners on rental pricing, renewals, and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and approve repairs, ensuring timely turnover and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with owners on performance and property updates.
What We Are Looking For
- High-I on the DISC assessment. You thrive on connecting with people, influencing decisions, and building networks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to build a business and grow income.
- Background in property management, real estate, hospitality, or client success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a service-first approach.
- Technology savvy, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one quickly.
Compensation and Structure
- Up to $2,500 per month (1099) for property management responsibilities (approximately 30 hours per week & depending on door count).
- Uncapped commission on real estate transactions (1099).
- Leasing bonuses for successful resident move-ins.
- High earnings potential for those who actively pursue opportunities.
