Data Entry, 1st Shift

Looking for a way to earn extra cash and pick up extra hours? We have a great opportunity for Data Entry Clerks who enjoy a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. 1st shift positions, with training starting April/May for the peak season in June.

• Proof of legal U.S. residence for up to 3 years
• Completion of a typing assessment

Additional Info: Training starts in May (possibly April). Hours may vary, with periods of less than part-time availability.

Responsibilities

This role involves inputting information from a variety of sources into a computer database using both alphanumeric and 10-key skills. You will be working in a climate-controlled environment with daily performance goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing customer and account documents for accuracy and identifying any deficiencies
• Resolving issues using standard procedures or escalating incomplete documents to a team leader
• Maintaining data entry requirements by following established techniques and procedures
• Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information as needed
• Following company policies and procedures while reporting any necessary changes
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer information
• Contributing to team goals and supporting overall operations

Schedule:
This position requires full-time availability during the following months: January, April, June, September, and October. During the remaining months, the schedule will be part-time, with shifts starting at 5:30 AM.
