Ascent Administrative Services is currently looking for a new Customer Service Representative Specialist to provide our customers with a professional phone and in-person experience.

The Customer Service Representative Specialist will be the face of the Company, and the ideal candidate must be professional, supporting the team, and greeting guests.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with the hours of Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm in-office, reporting to the Onboarding & Client Relations Director and will be a member of our Onboarding team.
What a typical day will look like as the Office Coordinator:
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly, professionally, and to the appropriate department/person.
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
- Signing for packages and ensuring timely distribution.
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in a call center, fast-paced, professional environment.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Must have strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
- Must be able to handle yourself in a professional manner, at all times.
