Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000K per year (Commission Based, Paid Biweekly)

Our team at MVP Plumbing, LLC is growing, and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED Residential Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. Our team members are committed to providing quality service to the local community by providing MVP service at each stop. To provide MVP service, our technicians are expected to work diligently to solve our client’s plumbing problems in an efficient and timely manner. They should have advanced knowledge and understanding of repairing and maintaining residential plumbing problems.

What we need from you:

At MVP Plumbing LLC, we don’t view our relationships with our team members as purely transactional. We value our employees, their time, and their commitment to providing excellent service. To continue growing our team with individuals that provide value to the whole team, we require that each applicant meet the following criteria:

• 3 – 5 years of verifiable plumbing experience
• Great Written and Verbal Communication. It’s important that our technicians are able to communicate well with our team members as well as with customers to ensure each stop is completed with great customer service and efficiency.
• Sales capabilities
• Cleanliness – We expect all our MVPs to be represent the company by showing to each call with a fresh, clean appearance and leaving each job location cleaner than you found it.
• Timeliness – It is important that you are on-time to each location and that if a project is taking longer than expected it is communicated with the home office
• Flexibility: You will need to be available for some weekend shifts and to be on call on rotation. You will not be required to be on call every week, but on a rotational basis only. This currently is set up as one week on and two weeks off.

Other important notes:

You must:

• Supply your own tools. We know everyone has their preferences, so we want you to use the tools you like and are comfortable with.
• Have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must be insurable through MVP’s Auto Insurance
• Pass a background check
• Have the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. is required to life and move sewer machines and other heavy equipment
• Also be able to climb on roofs and enter crawl spaces
