Salary: $18.00-$20.00 Apartment Maintenance tech $18.00-$20.00 About the Role:We're seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at a beautiful community in North Scottsdale . The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and an EPA certification . This is a great opportunity to join a stable company that values hard work, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas, and community facilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Assist with unit turns and make-readies
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
- Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of general building systems and repair techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- $18.00-$20.00/hour , depending on experience
