Our firm is currently conducting a search for a Corporate FP&A Finance Manager with a large client in Yuma, AZ. This full-time, permanent position does require relocation to the Yuma, AZ, area, and relocation assistance from the client is offered.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Corporate FP&A Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the global finance operations and providing M&A financial analysis and support. This role focuses on the financial oversight of global operations, including creating strategic forecasts, budget planning, and operational finance support. Additionally, this position requires extensive financial analysis, the development of financial models, participation in M&A due diligence processes, and collaboration with key stakeholders across regions. The four primary areas of responsibility include:

1. Global Operations Financial Management
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
3. Process Improvement and Compliance
4. M&A Financial Analysis and Support

Position Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, M&A, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, due diligence, and asset management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups) and experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
