Office Admin

At Buck & Rider, we’re known for flying in the freshest seafood daily, serving premium steaks, and creating memorable dining experiences at our high-volume restaurants. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our Management team and keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.

This role is critical to our success, from handling payroll and employee paperwork to assisting with vendors and event coordination, you’ll be the organizational backbone that helps keep both our employees and guests happy.

Day in the Life:

· Support payroll processing in collaboration with Managers and Corporate teams

· Answer phones professionally: reservations, inquiries, events, and more

· Assist on-site vendors and respond to private dining requests

· Reconcile daily office and event financials with accuracy

· Manage employee paperwork and process onboarding for new hires

· Verify, scan, and file invoices for proper documentation

· Audit clock-in/out reports and assist with server check-outs as needed

· Help coordinate training materials, office supplies, and schedules

· Process donation requests and community involvement documentation

· Ensure office space is clean, organized, and secure

· Collaborate closely with Management to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant Management or restaurant office administration preferred


• Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Excel, R365, Toast, 7Shifts, Craftable etc.


• Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail


• Must be able to communicate effectively with both co-workers and guests


• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion


• A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability

Compensación: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Taking advantage of fishing conditions, we fly in our fish and seafood direct daily to your plate – a first in Arizona. Our steaks are of our own Buck & Rider-Reserve Beef, and paired beautifully with our expertly crafted cocktails, raw-bar items, hand-rolled sushi, and farm-fresh vegetables.
