Your Role and Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive patient evaluations, recommend diagnostic tests, and create personalized care solutions
• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently (depending on credentialing)
• Provide education to patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and effective disease management
• Prescribe necessary medications and therapies within the bounds of practice

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, holistic patient care
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or another specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
