We're looking for a Manager of Tax who wants to do more than just compliance-you'll play a key role in shaping tax strategy, improving processes, and partnering across the business to support smarter decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Lead and review federal and multi-state tax filings across a large, multi-entity organization
• Own the tax provision process (quarterly and year-end) under IFRS
• Partner with finance and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Coach and develop Tax Analysts , while overseeing external service providers
• Guide the company through tax audits and compliance processes with confidence
• Support tax planning and forecasting , including effective tax rate analysis
• Oversee key filings like 1099s, 1042s , and tax depreciation systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, Marketing) to provide practical, business-focused tax guidance
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies across the tax function
• Take on special projects and strategic initiatives as the business evolves

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of tax experience , ideally in corporate tax or public accounting
• Experience leading workstreams or teams at a Manager level or equivalent

Bonus Points If You Have

• Master's in Taxation
• CPA or EA certification
