As a Store Associate, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You'll follow Edible Arrangements’ standards and procedures to craft high-quality fruit arrangements, including dipped fruit boxes, platters, boards, and Edible to Go (ETG) products. Each day, you’ll take orders in person, over the phone, and online, ensuring all details are accurately captured and fulfilled.

This is a part-time position, 20-35 hours per week, multiple shifts available, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and connect with every customer who comes into the store or calls the store
• Build arrangements according to Edible operational procedures and brand standards
• Discover customer needs quickly and appropriately suggest products to enhance the customer experience
• Accept and process customer orders via phone, through walk-ins, and via the online platform
• Prepare a variety of arrangements according to customer orders or supervisor instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes

Requirements:

• Must have a Food Handler's Card (State of Arizona)
• Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sales systems is a plus!
• Skilled customer service techniques and in build long-term relationships and build the trust and loyalty of customers.
• Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and scooping throughout assigned shifts.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to learn the quality, cleanliness, and inspection standards for a working food space.
• Ability to take responsibility to learn all aspects of the position.
