Job Title: Lot Attendant Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle inventory and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Wash vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents. + Pre-wash and rinse soiled vehicles to prepare for detailing. + Inspect vehicles to assess cleanliness and overall condition. + Move vehicles safely and efficiently around the lot. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. + Sense of humor and enthusiasm for creating a great customer experience. + Goal-oriented and able to work independently. + Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to inclement or extreme weather conditions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
