Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Assurance

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite/week)

Compensation: $100k - $125k + 18 days PTO + 401k matching (100% match on first 3% + 50% on next 2%)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Assurance plays a key role in evaluating organizational revenue streams to identify and address potential leakage. This position serves as a change agent, leading the design, documentation, and implementation of improved processes and controls. The role partners closely with both operational teams and senior leadership to deliver financial insights that support enterprise‑wide growth and optimization initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities

• Revenue Assessment: Evaluate revenue streams and portfolios to identify potential leakage, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
• Framework Development: Design and implement analytical frameworks, tools, and reporting to enhance the identification and resolution of revenue assurance issues.
• Process Design & Documentation: Develop, document, and maintain scalable processes related to revenue management, controls, and financial insights.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational stakeholders and finance leadership to align revenue assurance initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
• Financial Insights: Provide data‑driven financial insights that support growth initiatives, pricing decisions, and ongoing performance improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced charting, database and cube connectivity (Power Query/Power Pivot), macros, and SQL.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to aggregate and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Experience in a high‑volume, recurring‑revenue, or transaction‑based business environment.
• Ability to apply financial and accounting principles to practical business scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in revenue assurance, revenue management, finance, accounting, auditing, billing, pricing, or a related function.
