Corporate Development Manager

$200,000-$250,000 base salary (depending on experience)

This role will lead strategic transaction activity across acquisitions, capital raises, and divestitures while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end execution of capital raises, acquisitions, and divestitures from diligence through close.
• Manage transaction timelines, data rooms, stakeholder coordination, and communication across internal teams and external advisors.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and capital structure scenarios to support strategic transactions.
• Drive buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including financial analysis, deal materials, and executive preparation for investor discussions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, acquisition targets, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Investment banking and Corporate development or M&A experience required
• Tech or SaaS industry transaction experience required
• Financial modeling and valuation experience required
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills required
