Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming sample shipments.
- Accession samples and verify data accuracy.
- Contact clients about held or rejected samples and resolve issues.
- Label samples and perform quality checks.
- Scan and image pathology slides.
- Coordinate domestic and international sample shipments while maintaining chain of custody.
- Monitor and manage the team inbox to ensure requests are completed.
- Support process improvements within the BioSample Management team.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Experience handling biospecimens preferred.
Experience managing tissue boxes.
Medical or healthcare experience is preferred.
Candidates with production environment experience may also be considered.
