CITIEA is a boutique brokerage based in Scottsdale Arizona. We are a powerhouse brokerage outselling the competition fourfold in production. We are the official 72Sold affiliate in the state and are looking for top professionals that want to increase their business quickly through our partnership.

What is 72SOLD?

We developed a new way to sell homes, a blend between traditional real estate and an auction. The goal is to provide sellers with more certainty, more convenience, and to ensure they receive the highest price for their home.

After new Phoenix agents are trained and certified on our program, we connect them with the 50-75 homes sellers a day who inquire about our program . We currently spend over $4,00,000 a month advertising to generate business for our Phoenix agents. Our exclusive referral partner in the Phoenix metro area is CITIEA.

CITIEA agents have been the top producers (by far) in the Phoenix metro market for the past seven months in a row (per MLS stats certified by Navi Title). Most do virtually NO marketing on their own because they are swamped with 72SOLD referred listing appointments. Many CITIEA agents are on track to earn over $1,000,000 in commissions this year.... all from 72SOLD referred business.

Responsibilities

1. Attend training calls weekly
2. Complete our in-house training program and have a thorough knowledge of the process
3. Negotiate contracts and manage the closing process
4. Be a team player at all times, sharing and contributing to the group
5. Properly represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications

1. Must have an Arizona Real Estate License
2. Self-motivated and professional appearance
3. Strong communication skills
4. Knowledge of the listing and sales process
