Diesel Mechanic

Southwest Mobile Storage is the leading provider of sales and rentals of portable storage, construction offices, and custom containers in the Southwest. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated, experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team and help us maintain and service our fleet of vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on trucks and other motor vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
• Change tires and perform other necessary repairs as needed.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot vehicle components.
• Complete quality inspections on vehicles before they are returned to service.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
