Accounts Receivable Clerk (Bilingual) Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, posting payments (checks, credit cards, ACH), and applying credits or adjustments
• Monitor AR aging, perform collections, and resolve billing discrepancies with customers
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare AR aging reports
• Complete month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking customers regarding billing and collections
• Provide administrative and bookkeeping support as needed, including timecard processing

Accounts Receivable Clerk (Bilingual) Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with collections and customer-facing communication
• Proficient with accounting systems and basic office software
