Material Handler 3 – Warehouse Operations - Gilbert, AZ

If you enjoy keeping operations moving, solving problems on the fly, and being the go‑to person who keeps materials exactly where they need to be, this role is for you. As a Material Handler 3 , you’ll be at the center of warehouse activity—moving product, coordinating workflows, ensuring accuracy, and supporting a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

This isn’t just a forklift-and-pallet job. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, troubleshoot issues, support the warehouse management system (WMS), handle documentation, and ensure every piece of material gets where it needs to go—correctly and on time.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in daily warehouse operations, including:

• Move materials throughout the facility: receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping across dock and storage areas.
• Act as a liaison across teams and shifts , ensuring smooth communication and alignment on inbound/outbound priorities.
• Help resolve issues quickly, keeping workflows on track and minimizing operational downtime.
• Coordinate truck scheduling, shipment planning, and material flow to support on-time production and shipping.
• Complete documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks with accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support order allocation and release within the WMS , ensuring orders process accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to maintain real-time accuracy on materials and inventory.
• Adapt, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Jump in with additional tasks that support overall operational success.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of recent material handling experience .
• Preferably 3+ years of ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience using RF scanners for tracking, inventory updates, and documentation.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable math, counting, and problem‑solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electric-powered material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Working in cGMP-regulated environments (medical, pharma, biotech).
• Strong computer literacy and confidence with data entry.
• Ability to follow structured processes in a clean room and warehouse setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
