WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Our financial services Client is seeking Client Service Professional I team members to support our Client Contact Center in Phoenix. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in banking while delivering an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will handle foundational, Level 1 banking inquiries—primarily deposit-related calls—while building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands-on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our clients service standards and culture. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Respond to inbound client calls in a fast-paced contact center environment • Handle Level 1 banking inquiries with a focus on deposits and basic account services • Support clients with account inquiries, debit card issues, basic transactions, and online/mobile banking navigation • Deliver professional, empathetic, and calm service on every call • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data security • Meet performance expectations related to quality, schedule adherence, and attendance • Partner closely with supervisors and teammates during training and ramp-up
