Scrum Master

Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate must have strong expertise in leading Agile delivery and driving team alignment across complex, cross‑functional environments.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Scrum Master job responsibilities include:

• Lead Agile delivery efforts and guide teams in executing development initiatives with discipline and focus.

• Facilitate collaboration across multiple business lines and delivery trains to drive progress on critical objectives.

• Build strong team relationships by demonstrating consistent leadership, emotional intelligence, and clear communication.

• Navigate complex cross‑train environments by promoting transparency, accountability, and structured execution.

• Remove impediments proactively to ensure timely value delivery and adherence to organizational standards.

• Promote continuous improvement across teams and the broader Agile Release Train by challenging processes and introducing better practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline supporting Agile delivery environments.

• 5-7 Years of experience required.

• Candidate must demonstrate proven ability to lead Agile teams, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and maintain disciplined execution under shifting priorities.

• Must possess strong skills in removing impediments, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring teams deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with organizational standards.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $47.00 per hour
