Position Type: Full-time opportunity (1099 independent contractor)

ClaimCrafters USA is rapidly expanding and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our field team.

This is a field-based role working directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to identify potential property damage and set inspection appointments.

No prior experience is required — we provide training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work in residential neighborhoods (in the field)
• Speak with homeowners and build rapport
• Identify potential storm-related property damage
• Set appointments for property inspections
• Track and manage your activity

This is an outdoor, face-to-face role , not a desk or remote position

Compensation

• Paid per qualified inspection + per signed claim
• Performance bonuses available
• No cap on earnings
