About the Experience

Firmament connects global football talent with elite European clubs. Our Summer Camps, based on the methodologies of FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, and Inter Milan, offer young North American players the opportunity to train with official coaches from these academies.

The Role

As an Assistant Coach, you will support elite European head coaches and help deliver a high-quality football experience. You will assist in training sessions, manage group dynamics, and contribute to the overall organization of the camp.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Atlético de Madrid or Inter Milan academy coaches in planning and delivering training sessions
• Apply official club methodologies
• Lead and supervise groups of players aged 5–19
• Ensure a safe, positive, and educational environment
• Assist with daily camp operations and logistics
• Communicate professionally with players, families, and staff

Camp Details

• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Dates: July 1st – 5th, 2026
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Contract: Temporary
• Weekly working hours: 37.5 hours
• Work location: On-site

What We Are Looking For

• Solid football background (player or coach)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• High energy, responsible, and comfortable working with children and teenagers
• Full availability for the entire camp week

Selection Process
