Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Arizona
- Prior experience working as an OT in a school-based environment preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP process and ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Compassionate approach and commitment to helping each student achieve their highest potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ needs relating to academic performance, daily living, and participation in school activities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy programs tailored to students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to create optimal learning and development environments
- Document treatment progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultation and training for educational staff to support classroom accommodations and modifications
