Stabilizing Mission-Critical Automation Systems
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $55 – $75 per hour
TRIFECTA is looking for experienced Senior Controls Technician and Controls Specialist who can diagnose and stabilize complex automation systems.
These roles are for professionals who become the technical authority when production systems begin to fail.
Our deployments support industries where downtime carries significant operational and financial risk.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Diagnosing complex automation failures
- Supporting multi-system integration troubleshooting
- Stabilizing production systems experiencing control issues
- Supporting commissioning and startup activities
- Identifying root causes across PLC, HMI, instrumentation, and networking layers
- Working with engineering teams to restore system reliability
Systems You May Encounter
- Distributed control systems (DCS)
- PLC-based manufacturing systems
- SCADA environments
- Motion control platforms
- Industrial Ethernet networks
- Process automation systems

- Deep troubleshooting capability across multiple automation layers
