About the Role
Bay Logistics is expanding in the Phoenix market, and we’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our footprint across logistics, transportation, warehousing, and quality inspection services.

What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the Phoenix region.
- Promote Bay Logistics services including transportation, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, WMS solutions, and quality inspection.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and customer leads.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
- Support digital marketing and social media initiatives.
- Collaborate internally with customer service, billing, and operational teams.
- Travel within the region to meet with customers and attend relevant business events.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 1 year of business development or sales experience preferred.
- Logistics or transportation experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and common social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn the operational side of the business.
Work Environment & Travel
- Field-based role with regular client visits throughout the Phoenix market.
- Standard Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
- Approximately 50% travel expected.
