About the Role

Bay Logistics is expanding in the Phoenix market, and we’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our footprint across logistics, transportation, warehousing, and quality inspection services.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the Phoenix region.
• Promote Bay Logistics services including transportation, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, WMS solutions, and quality inspection.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and customer leads.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
• Support digital marketing and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate internally with customer service, billing, and operational teams.
• Travel within the region to meet with customers and attend relevant business events.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 1 year of business development or sales experience preferred.
• Logistics or transportation experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and common social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn the operational side of the business.

Work Environment & Travel

• Field-based role with regular client visits throughout the Phoenix market.
• Standard Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
• Approximately 50% travel expected.
