Devine Business Group is seeking a full-time Sales Representative and Field Trainer for a motivated professional who thrives in business to business direct sales. This role involves the sale of supplemental insurance, to business owners and their employees, along with the training and development of future sales leaders.

This independent contractor position is a structured, performance-driven opportunity designed for individuals who take ownership of results, value accountability, and are committed to long-term professional growth.

• Execute B2B direct sales, presenting insurance and supplemental coverage solutions to business owners and decision-makers.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional, consultative selling and effective presentations.

• Train, mentor, and support team members in sales systems, field execution, and performance development.

• Track activity and performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding goals while representing Devine Business Group with discipline and integrity..

• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Producer License (reimbursed)

• Compensation: $85,000$95,000 per year (Starting draw, commission, bonuses)

• Schedule: MondayFriday; occasional weekends as needed
