Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers. This role involves answering incoming calls, gathering information through a customer questionnaire, scheduling service appointments, and relaying accurate job details to the installation and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous manner
• Ask and record information using a provided customer questionnaire
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with installers and technicians
• Communicate job details clearly to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow
• Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service by following up on inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist with general office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; experience in a garage door or home service company preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using scheduling system
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
