About the Role

Krasiva Windows & Doors is seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our Sales Support Team as part-time Field Canvassers . This is a sales support position designed for confident communicators who enjoy being outdoors, connecting with people, and representing a trusted, well-established local company with nearly three decades of success in Arizona.

As a Field Canvasser, you’ll play a vital role in our lead generation and customer outreach efforts . You’ll visit residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners face-to-face , and introduce them to our line of high-quality, energy-efficient windows and doors. Your goal is to spark interest, provide basic product information , and collect accurate contact details for homeowners who want to schedule a free, no-obligation design consultation with our professional sales team.

· Have a background in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality and enjoy face-to-face communication .

· Like being active and outdoors , rather than stuck behind a desk.

· Are looking for weekday, daytime hours in a stable, growth-oriented company.

Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· 9:00 AM – 1:00 or 2:00 PM

· No evenings or weekends

· Perfect for semi-retired professionals or parents seeking work during school hours

Compensation

· $23.94 per hour + performance bonuses

Responsibilities

· Professionally represent Krasiva Windows & Doors in residential neighborhoods

· Engage homeowners in positive, informative conversations

· Educate residents about our energy-efficient window and door products

· Qualify interested homeowners for follow up to schedule free in-home estimates

· Help train new people as they start.

· Uphold company standards for professionalism, integrity, and customer respect

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident, outgoing personality with a positive attitude

· Reliable transportation (your own car) and willingness to work outdoors

· Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team

· Competitive mindset and desire to earn performance-based bonuses

· A Valid Driver License
