Full Stack Engineer with strong Python backend
Role: Full Stack Engineer with strong Python backend
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead development of front-end applications using React
- Design and build backend APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Own end-to-end feature delivery across UI, backend, and data layers
- Design and optimize SQL queries including Text-to-SQL workflows
- Integrate applications with analytics/data platforms like Snowflake
- Support deployments using Docker and Nginx
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and data teams
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong React expertise
- Strong Python & FastAPI experience
- SQL and data integration experience
- Docker/containerized deployment experience
- Experience in cloud-hosted environments
Nice to Have:
- AWS EC2
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- AI-enabled/data-intensive application experience
