Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Start Date: November 4, 2025

Location: Tucson, AZ 85711

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description Highlights:

• Conduct call monitoring and scoring for customer interactions and system usage.
• Provide scheduled coaching sessions for Client Service Specialists and Loan Counselors.
• Create and maintain standardized QA reports to track team and individual performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of quality assurance call center experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in navigating computer software and applications

Duration: 5 months

Placement Type: Contract-to-Hire

Work Environment: On-site

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
