Licensed Home Inspector Wanted
Locally-owned (non-franchise) multi-inspector home inspection service looking for full-time and part time home inspectors who have performed a minimum of 50+ solo inspections or graduated from a professional inspection training school and is currently state licensed.

We serve home buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix metro area.
If you're currently a solo inspector who'd like to do more inspections or an inspector just starting out and feel lost, and not worry about answering the phone, or missing calls, scheduling inspections, marketing your business, figuring out business taxes and accounting, in other words - wearing all the hats - this is a solid opportunity with a friendly, professional company.

Or if you already work with a multi-inspector company and are looking for a different environment, this could be a great fit.
Professional back office support, so your focus is outstanding customer service and inspections. Pleasant work environment, competitive compensation, on-going paid training, all equipment including thermal cameras, laptop, software, etc., and a friendly professional team.

Availability to include both morning and afternoon appointments.
Preferred qualifications:
Great people skills, team player, dependable, and self-motivated.
Attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
Good driving record.
Computer skills including accurate keyboarding and spelling.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Positive, upbeat attitude.
Open mind to learn new skills, approaches, and techniques.
Membership in ASHI or InterNACHI a plus
Knowledge of Home Gauge software a plus
Contractor license a plus
Licensed termite inspector a plus (if not, we will train and license you)
Proficiency in Spanish a plus (or any other second language!)

Available for appointments at flexible times, including some late afternoons and weekends.

Salary: This is a hourly plus commission-based position (% of inspections including ancillary services), plus hourly for meetings and training. All of our inspector's average over well 56K a year plus Benefits including Health and Retirement, and gas.
