Production Engineer

We are seeking a Korean-speaking Production Engineer to join a growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct hire opportunity for a strong engineering professional with leadership, project management, and process improvement experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support engineering projects from planning through execution
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Korean fluency required
• Experience managing engineering or development projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with battery systems, BMS/PCS, ISO, or Six Sigma is a plus
