Position Overview

To support our growth in Sedona, we are hiring for all sales positions, including:

• Podium Speakers
• Blended Line Sales Agents

Up to 18% Commission, Max Bonus Hurdle of only $100K!

Qualifications:
• Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one before start date.
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Industry Experience Required. Training is provided.

Podium Speaker

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and engage prospective buyers through compelling presentations.
• Act as the face of the company in showcasing the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Support the sales team by providing motivation and enthusiasm in group presentations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:
• Charismatic speaker with excellent presentation skills.
• Previous experience in public speaking, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences and encourage guest engagement.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate peak sales times (weekends, evenings).
