Senior Sales Executive

Tax season is in full swing, and demand is high. At Guardian Tax , clients are calling every day looking for real answers to serious tax problems. We're expanding our Chandler sales floor and are looking for top-performing sales closers who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and want to maximize their earning potential.

This role is straightforward and structured. You'll speak only with warm, inbound leads —people who have already asked for help. Your job is to guide the conversation, explain available solutions, and help clients take the next step with confidence. No cold calling. No guesswork. Just consistent call volume, proven systems, and real opportunity.

• Take inbound calls from clients seeking help with tax issues

• Lead clear, confident conversations using a proven sales process

• Educate clients on tax relief options and next steps

• Build trust quickly and close solutions that fit the client's needs

Position Details

• Location: Chandler, AZ

• Schedule: Monday–Friday + one half day Saturday a month

• Type: Full-time, in-office

• NOT REMOTE. Must be able to make the commute to the office.
