Quality Manager

Are you a quality-driven leader with a strong manufacturing background? Join a growing team as a Quality Manager and play a key role in driving quality excellence, process improvements, and operational success.

What You'll Do:

Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Develop and improve SOPs and quality processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze quality data and reduce defects using SPC and Six Sigma methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality
Coach and support quality team members

What We're Looking For :

Manufacturing quality management experience
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, SPC, and Six Sigma
Experience creating and managing SOPs
Leadership experience and strong communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Additional Skills

Manufacturing experience is required
