Hospitality Professional
Team Members are the frontline ambassadors of Chick-fil-A, providing excellent service in a clean, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through Chick-fil-A’s Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy , emphasizing Operational Excellence, 2nd Mile Service, and Attentive & Friendly Team Members.
Qualifications
- Meet Chick-fil-A’s standards of ethics, integrity, and character
- Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
- Pass U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify
- Complete all onboarding paperwork
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week (day or night)
- Part-time: 20+ hours/week (day or night)
Responsibilities
- Execute operational excellence: order accuracy, speed, and courteous service
- Deliver 2nd Mile Service and “WOW” guest experiences
- Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere service
- Work as a team with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Support and model the restaurant’s vision and values
