This full-time contract opportunity runs from late July through late May and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting student growth in a school-based setting near the Chandler, AZ area.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona (or eligibility for state licensure)
• Experience delivering OT services in a school, healthcare, or home health setting
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to create and adapt treatment plans based on individual student needs
• Familiarity with K-8th grade developmental stages and challenges
• Organizational and documentation skills to track progress and compliance

What You'll Do:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy sessions to support fine/gross motor skills, self-care, and participation in classroom activities
• Collaborate with school staff and families to optimize learning environments
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough records
• Provide consultative support to teachers regarding adaptive strategies and classroom modifications
• Work full-time from July 29th through May 26th following the school calendar
