Position Overview

Bright Home Energy is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Solar Technician to join our Phoenix team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning technical skills, and being part of a growing trade. No prior solar experience is required — we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential solar panel systems

• Work on rooftops and ground-mounted systems following safety guidelines

• Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure solar equipment

• Support lead installers with electrical and mechanical tasks

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards

• Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners

Qualifications

• Entry-level position — no solar experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable with heights and rooftop work

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
