- Work the floor and own your customer relationships from greeting to close
- Sell furniture, mattresses, and financing solutions to a diverse customer base
- Build repeat business and referrals through trust and follow-through
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
- Contribute to a team culture of high performance and accountability
- Proven furniture sales experience mattress, flooring, or big-ticket retail also considered
- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish this is a requirement for this location, not a preference
- Track record of consistent $70,000+ annual earnings in a commission environment
- Strong floor presence and natural ability to connect with customers
