Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional Fridays)

We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Material Handler (Material Stocker) to support daily operations at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility. What You’ll Do

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in keeping production flowing by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Stock, stage, and deliver raw materials and components to production lines
• Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified)
• Track and update inventory using ERP/WMS systems, scanners, or logs
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and material reconciliation
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized stock areas and production zones
• Communicate shortages or material needs to leads and supervisors
• Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing efforts
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and facility procedures

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand/walk throughout your shift
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel and Outlook
• Experience reading packing slips, POs, and invoices
• Proven ability to stay organized and work with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift experience required

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities

Work Environment

This role is active and hands‑on. You’ll be standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility, occasionally climbing portable ladders, and using PPE. Good hand‑eye coordination and comfort with frequent material movement are important for success.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
