BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Recruiter. (Hybrid Position)

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 - (Hybrid)

Job Type: 6+ Months Contract

Pay Rate: $39.00 - $39.28/hr on W2

We are currently hiring an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for branch and banking-related positions in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recruiting professionals who enjoy sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

Conduct cold outreach and engage passive candidates.

Manage candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity within ATS systems.

Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Support multiple open requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of recruiting experience.

Strong sourcing and cold-calling experience.

Experience working with ATS systems and recruiting tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, standard business hours.

Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite per week.
