Quality Control Supervisor – Electronics Manufacturing

Location : Phoenix, AZ (10201 N 21st Ave)
Schedule : Onsite, 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 6:15 AM–2:45 PM
Salary : $70,000–$75,000 + OT, Direct Hire

Join Spang Engineered Solutions, a global leader in custom inductive components for high-reliability electronics. As Quality Control Supervisor, you’ll lead quality assurance and inspection teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & AS9100 standards at our Phoenix facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inspections and enforce ISO compliance.
• Write and revise procedures, instructions, and programs.
• Train/mentor technicians, oversee testing & inspections.
• ERP system owner for quality workflows.
• Collaborate to resolve issues & drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years’ QA/QC experience in electronics/PCBs/soldering.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise with ISO 9001/AS9100, auditing & documentation.
• Strong computer and ERP/QMS skills.

Preferred :

• IPC certification.
• Hands-on soldering/PCB inspection.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering.
