Deposit Operations Associate (Tempe)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is currently hiring a Deposit Operations Associate to join our client's team in Tempe, AZ. Our client is a global cryptocurrency and Web3 platform. The Deposit Operations Associate will play a critical role in managing wire deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and security in transaction processing, and supporting internal teams to resolve payment-related issues. This individual will be expected to work Sunday - Thursday from 6 pm to 3 am. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone eager to grow in the crypto space and contribute to a high-performing operations team.
Payments Processing:
-Manage wire deposits and withdrawals end-to-end.
-Handle manual queues and process returns.
Customer Support Coordination:
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Banking Partner Requests:
-Respond to fraud recall and compliance requests.
-Work with compliance teams to review account activity and gather documentation.
Account & Transaction Management:
-Approve ledger credits, debits, and fee transactions.
-Ensure account balances are accurate and reconciled.
Account Maintenance:
-Review and update client payment method details for accuracy and security.
Customer Assurance:
-Provide timely confirmations of wire transactions.
-Maintain clear communication on payment statuses.
The hourly rate for this position is $30/hr, depending upon preferred shift and qualifications.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field.
-Ability to work 6 PM - 3 AM, Sunday - Thursday
-Experience with wire deposits and fraud investigations.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel.
-Understanding of bank deposit processing.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and consumer credit markets.
