Facility Overview HRMC JV General Partner 171-bed community hospital & regional referral center Joint Commission Accredited Certified Chest Pain Center Level III Trauma Center Weekly orientation Location: 101 Civic Center Lane, Lake Havasu City, AZ Area Highlights: Outdoor recreation destination with lake & mountain views 2.5 hrs to Las Vegas 3.25 hrs to Phoenix 3.5 hrs to Grand Canyon National Park 5 hrs to Los Angeles or San Diego Local Rate: $54/hr (Must live 60+ miles away to qualify as traveler) Position Details Specialty: IMC (Intermediate Care) Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36/week Call: Yes Experience Required: 2 years recent acute care Travel experience required Float: MedSurg & Telemetry (including ED holds awaiting admission) Unit Info 30 beds Ratios: 1:3–1:4 Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric Common Diagnoses: STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG (POD 2), Acute Respiratory Failure, Afib with RVR, ALIF, EXLIF EHR: Medhost Supervisor: Raine Hendrickson Requirements Active State RN License 2 years recent acute care experience Required certifications (as applicable per unit) Scheduling Notes Indicate if shift preference is flexible (days/nights) No block scheduling requests 48 hours may be considered but not guaranteed Submission Packet Required LifePoint Health Candidate Submission Form Resume Candidate Self-Assessment Skills Checklist Complete full submittal packet
