Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An established pharmacy retail network in the Tucson, AZ area is building a dedicated per diem pharmacist team to provide flexible coverage across multiple locations. This role is ideal for experienced retail pharmacists seeking part-time opportunities with 2-4 shifts per week to help manage call outs, vacations, and volume fluctuations. Training will be provided to ensure readiness across sites.

Locations include several pharmacies throughout Tucson with pharmacy hours Monday through Saturday, generally from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with some locations open until 8 p.m. Average prescription volume ranges from 100 to 125 per day.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care in a retail setting
• Support and collaborate with pharmacy technicians; some smaller sites will be pharmacist-only
• Maintain immunization privileges and current BLS certification
• Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions to ensure compliance and preparedness
• Utilize QS1 pharmacy systems efficiently during daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service to a diverse patient population

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Immunization certification and active BLS card required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work variable shifts and cover multiple locations as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Multiple retail pharmacies across Tucson, AZ area

Pharmacy Operation Hours:

• Monday - Saturday, typically 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; some locations until 8:00 p.m.
