We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our ENT team at Adobe ENT & Allergy. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions, working closely with our ENT physician to deliver high-quality healthcare services. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner may need to travel to Glendale.

Pay Information DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage ENT-related conditions under the supervision of an ENT physician.
- Perform procedures such as earwax removal, nasal endoscopy, and throat examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Physician Assistant
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
- Valid Physician Assistant license in Arizona.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Previous experience in ENT or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Nurse Practitioner

-Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license and Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification in Arizona.

-Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing)

-National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)

-Current DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) for prescribing medications

-Current BLS/ACLS certification (as required by specialty)

-Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration with the healthcare team

-Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality care, and professional development
