Your Daily Contributions

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, managing diagnostic testing, and creating personalized health plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute or ongoing health issues either independently or in collaboration with physicians
• Guiding patients and their families in wellness, preventative measures, and conditions management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care management strategies
• Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, integrated care
• Meticulously documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Prerequisites

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• Nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to secure within 90 days)
