Montessori Teacher
Summary Elena Montessori is seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori teacher for our toddler and primary classrooms. Duties Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with Montessori principles.
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that support the developmental needs of toddlers and primary-aged children.
Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring instruction to meet their individual needs and learning styles.
Foster independence, social skills, and emotional growth through Grace and Courtesy lessons and practical life activities.
Collaborate with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and developmental milestones. Requirements Montessori certification (AMI/AMS). Candidates should have experience working with toddlers and/or primary-aged children in an educational setting. CPR and First Aid certification are required, as well as a valid Fingerprint Card. Benefits The benefits of working at Elena Montessori include paid time off for winter, fall, and spring breaks, as well as additional holidays when the school is closed, after 90 days of employment.
