Clean Grills AZ is the premier outdoor kitchen restoration service in the Valley. We are looking for technicians who possess a unique mix of mechanical aptitude (comfortable with power tools) and focus (willing to do the fine detail work).

We are hiring executors. We provide the schedule, the training, and the process. You provide the hard work and the attention to detail.

The Role: Grit, Chemistry & Precision

This position is a technical trade that requires a specific, repeated process. You need the physical stamina to work outdoors in the heat and the mental focus to perform intricate work.

Your typical workflow involves:

• Disassembling the grill internals, removing grates, heat plates, and holders.
• Applying specialized cleaning agents, allowing them to dwell, and performing a water rinse.
• Using heavy scrapers to clear the cook box, followed by razor blades to surgically remove carbon from tight corners and seams.
• Refining the finish using steel wool and grill bricks until the carbon is gone.
• Using an angle grinder with a steel wire brush attachment to aggressively strip and polish the grill grates.
• Reassembling and testing the unit to ensure a "like-new" presentation.

You will have clear expectations and a set schedule.

• Clear Direction: You will be assigned a specific route of 2–4 jobs per day. We tell you where to go and what needs to be done.
• Execution: Your job is to arrive at the assigned location, set up your protection zone, and execute our cleaning process to the standard you were trained on.
• Results: Our customers are often shocked by the results. You get the immediate gratification of their reaction and a job well done.

Requirements:

• Tool Competence: You must be comfortable and safe using handheld power tools (specifically grinders with wire wheels) and manual tools (razors, scrapers).
• Physical & Mental Stamina: You can stand, bend, and scrub for extended periods in the Phoenix heat without cutting corners on the small details.
• Reliable Transportation: Strict Requirement. You must have a reliable vehicle (SUV or Truck preferred) capable of transporting equipment and traveling to multiple job sites across the Valley daily.
• Follow-Through: You are reliable. When we put a job on your schedule, we count on it getting done.
