Apartment Leasing Consultant

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
$18–$23 per Hour

Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in Flagstaff, AZ . If you have prior apartment leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and enjoy helping people find their next home, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist prospective residents
• Conduct apartment tours and close leases
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Process applications and lease paperwork
• Maintain resident files and leasing records
• Assist current residents with questions and service requests
• Help maintain occupancy goals through excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Experience with property management software is a plus
